Office of Research and Sponsored Program

Office of Research and Sponsored Programs, a Division of Research and Graduate Studies

The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs is designed to help faculty and staff apply for and secure external funds in support of their creative ideas and professional interests.

Their mission is to assist faculty in all aspects of proposal preparation, including identifying appropriate funding sources, preparing proposal budgets, completing all required assurances, certifications, and authorizations, and coordinating the delivery/transmission of the proposal to the funding agency in accordance with their requirements and deadlines.

Staff provides the expertise needed to assure that proposals conform to Fresno State regulations and sponsoring agency rules, and our goal is to apply that expertise to the timely review of all proposals before they are sent to sponsors.

Fresno State faculty, staff, and students, please contact the Division of Research and Graduate Studies prior to pursuing any external grants.  You can find contact information on the Division's web site. It is located at: www.fresnostate.edu/academics/grants/
