This interface:
Automatically links to 
which links to our journal subscriptions and to interlibrary loan
Gives easy export to EndNote and EndNote Web.
Is integrated with the other Clarivate Analytics databases (BIOSIS & Web of Science) and shows citing and cited by references.
To search the MeSH thesaurus:
PubMed (this is the Library's link to PubMed)
U.S. National Library of Medicine database with citations from MEDLINE and other life science journals for biomedical articles back to the 1950s.
• Includes links to open-access full text articles and other related resources.
• Using PubMed via Madden Library links make 
appear in the PubMed records: this will give you access to more resources.
Search the MeSH Thesaurus to help identify search terms
MeSH is the National Library of Medicine's controlled vocabulary thesaurus.
It consists of sets of terms naming descriptors in a hierarchical structure that permits searching at various levels of specificity.
If you go directly to PubMed (not via the Library's PubMed link)
it will NOT automatically have 
links to our journal databases and catalog, and you will not have off-campus access to everything you could.
You can manually get PubMed to link to our resources:
1. Register, then sign in to your own NCBI account
2. Click on My NCBI
3. Click on NCBI Site Preferences
4. Click on Outside Tool (under My NCBI Resources)
5. Select California State University Fresno
6. Save
