If you need an actual copy of the instrument to use in research, you need to not only obtain the instrument, but also permission to use the instrument. Research instruments may be copyrighted. To obtain permission, contact the copyright holder in writing (print or email).

Try searching for the test title in Google or Google Scholar
Try searching for a journal article with a test included or appended to the article. 
Dissertations sometimes contain the instrument used in the research in the appendix.
