Our Reserve Services help provide students free and easy access course books and media, both physical and digital. Follow the link above to make a request to place your course materials on reserve.

Course Reserve Services Use these services to place physical or print materials on the shelf for short-term checkout. We can place books from our collection on reserve or you can bring your own copy to place on reserve for the duration of the course.

E-Reserve Services - Use these services to create online reading lists for your courses. This offers students streamlined access to materials like academic articles, scans of book chapters, eBook, and more.

I am available for consultation in determining if the materials you have selected for your course and/or eReserve fall under Fair Use. Reference the Fair Use Check list linked and contact me with any questions.

Interested in making your course zero-cost? Explore our guide for finding and implementing OER textbooks and materials in your classroom. I am also available to assist in finding suitable materials that match the needs for you course.

The Library welcomes suggestions for materials which support teaching, study, and research at the University. Find more information at the page linked including a form to complete your purchase suggestion.

Let you students know they can access even more resources (including audio books!) through the public library. In September FCPL often visits Fresno State to sign up students for library cards. Contact me for more information.

If the library doesn't have the materials you need, we can usually get it for you from another library, through CSU+ or Interlibrary Loan. You can check out our FAQ on these services for more information.
