Library services for Fresno State staff

It's your library, too!

Teacher Resource Center (TRC)

Teacher Resource Center (a.k.a. TRC)

The Teacher Resource Center (TRC) supports Fresno State’s teacher education programs by providing access to teaching materials for pre-K through 12th grade. It serves faculty, student teachers, and practicum participants as they develop lesson and unit plans. Staff, local educators and community members are also welcome to use the collection for personal use, homeschooling needs, or just to browse the collection of children's and young adult literature.

Located on the third floor of the North Wing, the TRC features:

  • Children’s literature, textbooks, and activity books

  • Curriculum resources aligned with K–12 standards

  • Hands-on STEM learning kits and games

With group-friendly study areas, the TRC is ideal for collaborative work and welcomes staff to visit with children and family members. Materials can be checked out for 30 days at the Circulation Desk or via self-checkout. For help locating items or browsing collections, visitors can use OneSearch or refer to search guides, newsletters, or consult the TRC staff.
