Federal Register

The Federal Register is published daily (every federal working day) and contains public regulations and legal notices issued by federal agencies and the President.
Along with the text of proposed regulations it gives addresses and deadlines for comment.

  The index is at the beginning of each microform annual volume of the Federal Register.

At the beginning of each issue is a table of contents, an alphabetical list by agency name of all documents in the issue.

The tables of contents from the daily issues of the Federal Register are consolidated and published monthly in the Federal Register Index.

The Index is cumulated quarterly and annually.
